If your student cannot attend on the day they are assigned, you may request a day change. Reasonable requests will be accepted. Examples of reasons for requesting a change could include, but are not limited to: work, childcare or issues with transportation.
Please include the name of your student, the day(s) you are rquesting and a brief explanation as to why you need to change the date.
